In this book, Moses recapitulates the instructions given by God during the 40 years in the wilderness, and reveals the work that God desires to do in every Christian during his walk in the wilderness. Entering and going through the wilderness is a reality for each Christian and is the way God has designed to work in our hearts and allow us to know Him. When we are in a wilderness, areas emerge from our heart that we did not know or we ignored. When this happens, we recognize the reality of the condition of our hearts and trust in the Lord’s work of grace. Every believer who wants to overcome will have to pass through a period of wilderness. In that experience, there will always be two choices: to live for God or to follow our idols. Which way will we choose?
